Dublin - Dublin - IrelandAbout The RoleAs a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. The IFM team, the person is to embody and deliver a 5-star experience with energy, passion and presence to all guests in our clients Dublin Office. Reporting into the Contract Manager this vital, fluid position sets the tone of the flow of the user experience by creating daily and consistent joyous and courteous moments through a focus on proactive walks and fault-finding management and reporting. Resolving issues before they become problems Key Responsibilities Provide an exceptional guest experience to all colleagues and guests visiting the site. Ensure that all events spaces are ready to go each day as per the booking requirements. Have total ownership of Events and assigned floors and the surroundings areas to ensure the best work experienceCollaborating with IT, maintenance, cleaning and other key departments to ensure timely delivery of Event requirements and in reporting and closing out of tickets and jobsDevelop and maintain fantastic communication with key colleagues & Stake holdersFostering and living a team spirit culture attending daily meetings to ensure all departments are communicating. Report on key events and work in collaboration with the team. Manage event planning and delivery end to end. Support the Contract Manager in the management of all sub-contracted services and ensure all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard and within the client’s guidelines. (Including the competent completion of inductions, ATWs, DRAs when required)Report health and safety hazards and raise tickets on the ticketing systemGeneral safe manual handling when requiredSupport the Contract Manager in monitoring services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved as well ensuring the site remains compliant with current Health & Safety legislation at all times. Including but not limited to, work rite, fire rite, first aid and fire wardensEnsure all building communication from an events standpoint is up to date and in line with client expectations. Become a Moves and Changes liaison, organising to provide portering and planning support when requiredTo be familiarised with the front desk roles to provide cover as and when requiredAd hoc admin dutiesTo drive positive feedback and log sameTo complete all E Learning modules on time and with no manager escalationGather data for the client and CBRE reportingTo attend meetings where neededWhat You’ll Need Up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Service line: GWS Segment
