The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the collision repair process, outstanding customer service skills, and a desire to make a positive impact.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12Own transportValid driver’s licenseKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies andteam members through effective communication,Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the necessary repair cost,Evaluate the cost between repairing or replacing damaged parts,Negotiate best practice quantum with work providers,Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.ExperienceExperience in the motor body repair industry: minimum 5 yearsProcess authorizations, supplementary and final costingsUnderstanding of basic financial principlesKnowledge of the repair and painting processStrong organizational skills, able to multi-task and is self-motivatedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComputer literacyAudatex and Abuntex networking platformTeam Management SystemMS Word, Excel, OutlookVDQ would be a PlusCommunicationExcellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.Candidates should not be scared to get their hands dirty!!!
