This role is responsible for the maintenance of the varied range of onsite mobile equipment ensuring the fleet achieve maximum availability for the project. You will provide leadership and direction to all maintenance personnel, with a focus on maintaining a safe, reliable and productive crew. Our fleet consists of Kenworth on-highway mine-spec trucks, Landcruiser and Hilux utilities. CAT 150M graders, CAT 966 loaders, and ancillary civil road maintenance equipment. Volvo/Hitachi 36t excavators, rock breakers and CAT tracked dozers.About YouMinimum 2 years’ previous mine-site supervision experience mobile plant workshop or field maintenanceMechanical Trade Certificate Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Plant Mechanic, or equivalentProven experience leading workshop teams in a civil or mining environmentStrong understanding of mobile plant maintenance systems, defect management, and service schedulingDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite Excel, Outlook, Word for reporting and planningSolid knowledge of WHS, isolation, and maintenance safety standardsStrong organisational and communication skills able to prioritise tasks and manage people effectivelyS26 Supervisory Qualification preferred HR/HC Driver’s Licence preferred, C-Class Manual essentialFirst Aid & CPR desirableFamiliarity with Fortescue or other major mining client maintenance systemsBenefits & RewardsLong-term, stable role on a Pilbara-based mine site8/6 FIFO roster - day shift onlySupportive team environment and established operational structureCompetitive remuneration aligned with experienceOpportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentHow to Apply.
