Are you ready to teach a small, handpicked cohort of Pakistan’s brightest students (acceptance rate under 1%), cultivate their global awareness, and help them think critically about the stories, events, and ideas that have shaped our world?Learn more: https://www.sundarstem.edu.pk/Responsibilities● Teach World History and Literature to students from Grade 7 to Grade 11● Lead discussions that connect historical movements with literary themes and human experiences● Train students to write analytical essays and evidence-based arguments● Introduce primary and secondary sources, classic texts, and modern perspectives to develop critical reading skills● Design engaging projects, debates, and simulations to deepen understanding of global civilizations● Collaborate with other faculty to create interdisciplinary links between the humanities and sciencesQualifications● BA or MA in History, Literature, or related field● Strong command of syllabi from Grades 7 to 11.● Demonstrated ability to teach both historical analysis and literary interpretation● Excellent writing and discussion facilitation skills● Bonus: familiarity with historiography, world literature, and creative writing; experience in Model UN, essay contests, or debatingSchedule and Compensation● Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Saturday● Starting salary: PKR 125,000+● On-campus AC single accommodation with three meals and laundry is available
