Job DescriptionJob Description: Assist the CEO & CFO in managing their day-to-day agendas, including planning and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Support the preparation and organization of internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and sensitive matters. Help organize and maintain filing systems and company databases.
Take meeting notes and prepare summaries, ensuring key points and action items are documented. Participate in and assist with team-building and community engagement initiatives. Provide general administrative support to various departments as required. Manage occasional personal tasks and errands for the executives, ensuring smooth workflow.
