WP process engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: As wet process module process engineer, major job responsibilities include but not limited to:Responsible for process indicator monitoring, data analysis to detect/fix process issues, continue process improvement to improve yield, efficiency and reduce cost.Technical develop for new products, optimize existing process, raise up wet process technical solutions to meet new products requirements.Cross department collaboration with PIE, ME, CS, IE for process integration, development, manufacturing.Support new products introduction and high volume manufacturing.Support new products qualification and customer audit. Qualifications: The candidates need to meet below requirements:Master degree graduated from high level university major in mechanical, microelectronics, material engineering, chemical engineering related majors.Good independent technical study capability.Good execution capability.Good communication skill and teamwork.Good English writing and verbal communication skill.No working experience or working experience ＜=3 years.
