This individual will Partner with 2 highly experienced Life Science Partners - If you're interested in the below, please apply!Role ResponsibilitiesPartner and general administration management including but not limited to:Partner diary management – scheduling meetings in an efficient and timely manner and optimizing time allocation across activitiesTravel management – management of travel requirements and recommendation of optimal travel plansTimesheet and expenses – compliance with deadlines, responsibility to ensure timely provision of Partner inputInbox management – regular review of partner inbox, direct response to routine emails and scheduling meeting requestsHR processes – support Partner with scheduling and delivering review conversations in a timely manner and scheduling mentorship sessionsSector and case team supportManage new case initiations and other supporting processes – new case code requests, NDAs, LOEsTimely and effective scheduling of case team meetingsSupporting ad hoc case admin requestsLead review and execution of documentation linked to transaction processes such as reliance and non-reliance lettersManage documents needed for various meetings and decisionsInitiate case completion processManagement of Salesforce CRM systemData cleansing and maintenance of contact information including proactively adding new contactsReportingTrack client development (CD) meetings in CRM against contacts and companiesSupporting Client Development (CD) for PartnerProactively identify opportunities for meetings with new contacts and help Partners ensure that the CD activity is maintained consistentlyCapturing Partner notes from CD meetings and ensure they are logged in CRMSupport relationship management – maintain a list of priority relationships and contacts of Partner and collaborate with Partner to define nature of interactionsPerson SpecificationEssential CriteriaSolid experience in an EA role in a fast-paced environment is desirableProfessional communication skills both internally and client facing externallyWorks collaboratively - recognises the value and responsibility of working in a team and seeks to maintain and build effective relationships both internally and externallyAbility to deal effectively with change and ambiguityDeals constructively with frustration and pressure, maintaining a professional and positive mannerEnthusiastic and dedicated, passion for seeking opportunities and self-developmentExcellent time management and organisational skillsPrevious experience in using salesforce CRM systems, SAP and ConcurStrong Microsoft skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added bonusIf you are fluent in French, that's a bonus!Don’t meet every single requirement here?
