We’re currently seeking a sharp, reliable, and proactive Business Analyst & Operations Associate to join our team and directly support the CEO. Position Overview: This is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed for someone analytical, highly organized, and comfortable managing tasks across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will help turn strategy into execution by analyzing business data, following up on key initiatives, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards and reports, covering revenue, KPIs, marketing, and operational performance. - Monitor and track task execution across departments, including product, finance, compliance, marketing, and legal. - Follow up on action items, ensuring that internal deadlines and priorities are met. - Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including data-driven analysis and decision-making support. - Conduct market research, prepare internal documents, and assist with presentation development. - Assist with ad-hoc strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard creation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - 1–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operations. - Familiarity with startups, crypto, or fintech is a strong advantage. - Self-motivated and able to work without micro-management.
