Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, data-driven insights, and timely analysis to support the strategic financial operations of XBO. com. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for management reporting.

Analyse and review cash flow reports, ensuring alignment with operational and treasury planning. Responsible for net asset calculations, ensuring accurate valuation of all crypto and fiat holdings across multiple accounts. Calculate and monitor inventory balances for both crypto and fiat assets, maintaining proper valuation and reporting. Perform reconciliation of actuals vs. forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers. Conduct periodic reconciliations of crypto wallet balances across platforms and custodians. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting insights for strategic decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and data teams for end-to-end financial accuracy.

Export and cross-check financial data from reconciliation tools and reporting platforms (e. g. , Power BI) to ensure consistency and accuracy. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools is a must. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for reporting and dashboard creation. High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large data sets. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and general knowledge of digital asset ecosystems will be considered an advantage.
