Job Description1. New Product Channel Launch Planning- Lead the offline retail launch strategy for new products, and formulate the retail GTM launch plans for key national channels (KA customers, brand stores, chains, etc.)- Coordinate regional differentiated execution strategies, and develop tiered implementation plans for different channels- Lead customized display and entry or new product sampling projects for some core channels2. Retail Operations - Operate the cross-functional collaboration system for new products: coordinate with multiple departments such as sales GTM to implement new product retail strategies- Build an in-store sampling system: design store display standards, new product launch plans, and experiential marketing strategies- Lead the management of sample machines/POSM: formulate sample machine circulation strategies and monitor the quality of terminal displays3. Market Insight-driven- Observe, collect, and analyze consumer offline behavior information to improve display design quality- Monitor competitor dynamics and provide competitive strategy suggestions4. Retail Material Budget ControlJob Requirements1. 3-5 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry, with priority given to those with experience in consumer electronics retail GTM, retail operations, channel marketing, and channel sales. Those who have led or deeply participated in offline new product launch projects will be given additional points2. Execution ability: Skilled at breaking down strategies into actionable SOPs and establishing closed-loop management mechanisms3. Leadership: Possess the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration and effectively coordinate the work of multiple departments4. Strong self-motivation and resilience, with a passion for mobile phone products preferred
