About the RoleWe're looking for a smart, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll support insurance professionals using XILO’s platform. You’ll chat with users via Intercom, hop on calls and video trainings, troubleshoot real-time issues, and help customers build out their digital insurance forms. This is an ideal role for someone early in their customer success career who’s hungry to learn, thrives on helping others succeed, and wants to grow quickly in a high-performance environment. Training & Ramp-Up (First 30–60 Days): Learn how to configure and test forms using the XILO platform. Shadow team members during customer calls and training sessions.

Complete internal QA tasks to get hands-on with the product. Learn the core tools we use: Intercom, Salesforce, ClickUp, and more. Ongoing Responsibilities: Respond to customer questions via live chat and phone with speed and professionalism. Deliver live trainings for insurance agents on how to use our platform. Help customers build and modify insurance forms to match their unique workflows. Troubleshoot and solve technical or product-related questions in real time. Track form updates, adoption rates, and customer feedback. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
