XTEND is looking for a Product Manager, to support the company's intensive growth, own and mature product lines, incubate and grow new product initiatives, and support the Product department all around efforts. Responsibilities:
Building product requirements based on company strategy, product roadmap and customers feedback, needs, and requestsTranslating product requirements to user stories, supporting the R&D effort to plan, design and execute the SCRUM sprintsExperience working in agile development cyclesRepresenting Product department in inter-company discussions and decision-making processesClosely interacting with customers and design partners, sharing company knowledge outwards and generating insights inwardsCreating in depth, clear bottom-line analysis regarding various areas of interest for Product department, such as competitive landscape, feature maps and moreRequirements: B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a product professionalTop presenting skills in English and Hebrew of complex technical product features to both engineers and customersProven strong engineering orientationIncredible interpersonal and communication skillsAble to initiate, drive and lead processes from ideation to executionDetail and process orientedAn independent thinker who can challenge peers and managersPusher โ makes things happenAdvantages: Technical orientationExperience with HW and "real life" products Background in dronesโ industry (Civil or Defense use)
