You Will: Drive Sales & Account Growth: Identify and convert new sales opportunities (direct & agencies) within the Kazakhstan market. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, onboarding, to achieving sustained account growth and investment. Cultivate Strategic Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong, C-level relationships with key decision-makers at advertisers and within the advertising/media agencies environment in Kazakhstan, deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges. Achieve Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals, expanding Xtend's client portfolio. Optimize Client Performance: Analyse customer needs, usage trends, and campaign data to provide tailored recommendations that boost advertiser performance, adoption, and maximize ROI. Oversee Campaign Management: Monitor and analyse campaign strategies and delivery, ensuring all client KPIs are met. Conduct regular performance reviews (weekly calls, QBRs). Manage Client Operations & Finances:
Oversee comprehensive account management operations, including accurate billing, AR collections, credit management, and lead dispute resolution. Own the sales-to-collections process. Foster Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with internal product, marketing, client success, and technical teams to deliver unified solutions and exceptional client outcomes. Exhibit Expert Communication: Clearly articulate progress on initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders, effectively synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans. RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in Ad-tech preferably in app performance marketing managing top-tier customers. 1-2 years of relevant successful sales experience in Kazakhstan region managing tier 1 customers.
Proven knowledge and experience in retargeting and e-commerce within the tech industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent and proficient in English communication. Proficiency in Russian and/or Kazakh languages is highly preferred for the Kazakhstan market. Ability to work effectively across functions/teams and be a strong team player.
