Responsibilities Provideleadership strategy, set objectives, key operational plans, and direction forwarehouse operations. Organizeand manage team structure, promote company culture, enforce safety measures,and strengthen team capability and accountability. Developand implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engageskilled staff for long-term commitment. Monitorall production operations, including raw materials, purchasing, productionschedule, quality control, and timely delivery. Applytransparent principles to enhance efficiency, work productivity, and reduceoperational costs while increasing revenue. Maintainhonesty, team spirit, and the ability to work under hot and physicallydemanding conditions with the team.
Reviewand approve all inbound and outbound stock operations, and ensure daily andmonthly inventory closing reports are completed. Reviewall daily reports before sending them to related departments and HQ. Prepareand manage project budgets, control costs, and minimize unnecessary expenses inoperations. Monitorfinancial matters and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and driveimprovements. Workclosely with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reportingand compliance with accounting standards. Performother tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Director. ‍Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration or equivalent field (minimum bachelor’slevel).
Atleast 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the construction,rental, steel, cement, or vehicle fleet (5T/8T trucks) industries. Demonstrated success in achieving operational goals and driving continuous improvement to increase profitability. Broadknowledge of warehouse inventory management, quality inspection, and safetymeasures. Strongleadership, good communication skills, and the ability to motivate teammembers. Proficientin analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making. Experiencein multitasking and being proactive in a dynamic work environment. ‍
