Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 700 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.We are looking for a "Yarn & Fabric Dyeing Laboratory Manager" to contribute to our company's growth journey.GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry or a related field,Minimum 8 years of experience in textile dyeing laboratories,Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and laboratory operations,Experience in color matching, recipe preparation and quality control,Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,Residing in or willing to relocate to Tekirdağ, Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, Çorlu or Çerkezköy.JOB DESCRIPTIONLead and manage laboratory operations to ensure accurate and efficient dyeing processes,Assign color codes to customer samples, prepare dye recipes and verify shade accuracy,Decide on and perform RPT (Repeat Production Test) for approved colors before first serial production,Supervise incoming dye material quality control and report any non-conformities,Train, evaluate and guide laboratory staff,Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and laboratory protocols,Maintain a clean, organized and safe laboratory environment.
