Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 1、了解京东自营运营，负责京东自营数据分析、商品优化，每日数据监控，发掘隐含问题并分析总结，及时优化改善举措; 2、竞品用户结构及流量分析，明确主推货品差异化，竞品核心玩法洞察，运营差异化对比等维度拆解竞品动作，洞察品牌发力机会点; 3、结合设定的生意目标，运用数坊做GTA拆解/ATG预估细化各个触点指标，并基于细化指标下的各driver策略输出并追踪核心人群指标达成进度，实时调优; 4、人群/会员玩法，结合品牌自身用户运营策略输出会员运营策略方案并跟踪落地；结合行业数据，竞品数据及本品数据，搭建人群运营数据库 任职要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，2年以上京东店铺运营运营经验，有美妆行业运营经验者优先; 2、具有较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用京东数坊等工具，需要一定的Excel复杂公式的处理能力; 3、逻辑能力强，执行力强，有较强的团队合作意识，有良好策略思考能力并能推进执行
