📌 Internship Overview: This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain management, focusing on planning, sourcing, and logistics operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world tools and challenges in a dynamic environment. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: PlanningDocument SOPs : Assist in drafting comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures that clearly define processes, responsibilities and performance expectation for each department. Workflow Mapping : Work with various teams to map out workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements. Help define and clearly outline the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholders involved in workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements/improvements and ensure that SOPs reflect best practices and efficient workflows. Assist in review and validate SOPs and workflows by collecting feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments. Provide regular updates to the supervisor / manager on the progress of SOP development and make recommendations for improvements. ProcurementSupport in drafting HANA future state work process. Support projects in Raw Materials and OEM process. Support in mapping out YHS work process across functions. PR & PO conversion. P code creation. Any other assignment as and when needed.
Warehouse & LogisticsAssign for a project research i. e Customer service level, Direct shipment and Distribution Center (DC). Figure out better system to improve the D&L process flow and data generate. Contribute to the improvement of warehouse layout and logistics processes for better efficiency. 🎓 Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. )Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilities
