Domain Knowledge: Experience in sales, marketing, or background screening. Education/Qualification: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (exceptions for deserving candidates). Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is the management and enhancement of relationships with Issuing Authorities (IA) in Bangladesh. This involves strategic planning, smooth handling of operational challenges, and ensuring effective verification processes.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute long-term strategies for IA relationship management in aligned regions. Serve as the main liaison for IA-driven operational activities, addressing challenges and fostering collaboration. Undertake initiatives to strengthen partnerships with IAs for increased efficiency and shorter response times. Monitor verification-related fee structures and negotiate to prevent unwarranted increases. Travel extensively across regions in Bangladesh to resolve challenges and strengthen partnerships. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies for managing IA relationships in assigned regions. Coordinate IA-related activities, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. Plan and implement initiatives fostering cooperation with IAs and prioritize responses.

Negotiate and manage verification fees to maintain operational cost-effectiveness. Resolve disputes and operational challenges associated with verification processes. Essential QualificationsEducation: Graduate degree in any field. Exceptions for exemplary candidates. Skills: Outstanding communication, and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Competencies: Background in sales, marketing, or similar industries preferred. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint). Industry Knowledge: Awareness of the Background Screening Industry. Flexibility: Open to extensive travel within Bangladesh on short notice. Skills:
