Job ResponsibilityParticipate in training and development programs designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of the logistics business. Rotate through departments such as transportation, fleet management, human resources, finance, and planning. Assist in daily operations including GPS monitoring, route planning, trip tracking, and documentation. Analyze logistics data and reports to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with team leaders and managers to implement process improvements. Assist in resolving customer issues and ensure timely delivery and service. Learn and apply compliance regulations related to transport and safety. Prepare and present reports on improvement progress, project outcomes, and operational suggestions.
Support cross-functional projects as assigned by management. Job RequirementsBachelorâs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Able to speak in English and Bahasa MalaysiaFresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willing to work in different locations/departments as part of the rotation program.
