All selected candidates will undergo reference checks.Context & missionMédecins Sans Frontières is an independent, international medical and humanitarian organization that provides care to people in need, people affected by natural or man-made disasters, and victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and without regard to race, religion, creed or political affiliation (MSF Charter).“The MSF office in Zurich represents the organization towards public and private stakeholders, as well as the Swiss government and supports MSF OCG in Geneva in the areas of fundraising, human resources, media and public relations in non-French speaking Switzerland.The Assistant and Officer Manager provide administrative support to the MSF Representative and Zurich Head of Office, including external relations and ensures the smooth running of the Zurich office administration, facilities management, as well as front office.
