Key Responsibilities as a Luxury Supervisor: Lead a team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized clienteling strategies. Drive strong performance management, ensuring team members achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs. Maintain operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values of elegance, sophistication, and artistry.
