Our on-premis and cloud-based platforms and managed services enable organizations to simplify HR processes, ensure compliance, and focus on strategic people management. We are seeking a Global Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the performance of key business areas globally.
Key Responsibilities路 Own the global financial performance of the Managed Services segment, aligning closely with operational, sales, and delivery leadership, and in close cooperation with regional Finance Managers路 Deliver in-depth financial analysis and business reviews for global customers路 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement路 Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools to enhance business insight and performance monitoring路 Evaluate business cases, analyze customer profitability, and review underlying cost structures to support strategic decision-making.
路 Initiate and execute transformation initiatives and digital projects within F&A across the GroupCore competencies路 Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making路 Business-oriented with a solid commercial perspective路 Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment路 Effective communicator with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels路 Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently路 Results-driven with a strong focus on execution and delivery Education and experience路 Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, additional language skills are a plus路 Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline路 4-10 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance role路 Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting processes路 Proficient in Excel and financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, or similar路 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at senior levels.
