**The ZF LIFETEC plant is located in Lourdes, Colon**Your TasksLead of Customer Quality Customer to handle customer claims and perform Problem Solving Resolution Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standardsDrive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc. ) and customer specific requirementsLead problem solving resolution techniques and tools as 8D's, A3's, Is - Is not, 5W's - 2H's, Ishikawas, 5 Why's - 3 Legged, etc. . . is a must.
