Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.参与需求分析与数据闭环建设，协助搭建数据采集、标注、清洗及评测流程。 2.学习并实践感知算法（检测/分割/SLAM/多传感器融合等），参与模型训练与迭代优化。 3.支持算法在GPU/CPU/NPU等平台的部署与优化，学习模型压缩与加速技术。 4.协助完成系统联调与测试，整理技术文档与演示材料，支撑项目交付。 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上，计算机视觉、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。 2.有相关项目或实习经验者优先，具备算法设计与实现基础。 3.熟悉图像处理与深度学习基础，了解标定、多传感器融合等知识，具备文档撰写与团队协作能力。 4.了解SLAM、三维重建、目标检测等算法，有模型训练与优化基础。 5.掌握Python/C++等语言，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，具备基础算法实现与调试能力。 5.逻辑清晰，主动学习，注重细节，对技术落地有浓厚兴趣。
