The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, support sales and marketing teams, and leverage CRM analytics to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage, configure, and maintain the Zoho CRM system.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness in the CRM.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.Support sales and marketing teams in lead, opportunity, and pipeline management.Implement workflow automation and campaign management.Train and support CRM users; address technical issues.Provide strategic insights based on CRM data to improve customer engagement and business performance.Qualifications:Proven experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship processes.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Excellent problem-solving, process improvement, and communication skills.Ability to train and manage teams effectively.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho applications.Experience with CRM automation and workflow design.Project management experience.Preferred Candidate:Years of Experience: No experience preferenceLevel of Education: Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)Languages: English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
