Wipro is seeking a D365FO/CE Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) & Microsoft Dynamics CE. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, deep knowledge of D365FO and CE, and expertise in managing large-scale ERP implementations across industries. This role requires coordination between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end D365FO or CE implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and end-users to define project goals and requirements. Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops. Manage and oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications. Ensure project governance by following Microsoft's Sure Step/Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive sponsors. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-go-live support. Lead and mentor teams to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards. Ensure projects align with D365FO release updates, compliance, and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with 5+ years in D365FO or in CE. Proven experience in managing full-cycle D365FO or CE implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Sure Step). Project management certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Project Manager are preferredAbility to manage stakeholders, budgets, and timelines effectively. Experience in managing Azure DevOps and understanding LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Power Platform integrations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
