About the RoleAs Software Development Manager, you will lead our Software Project Department and play a key role in both strategic product planning and daily project execution. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be part of the management group. You will manage a small, dedicated in-house team including software developers, a tester, and a graphic designer. Collaboration with engineers, other developers, and sales/marketing will be part of your daily work. A solution-oriented mindset is highly valued.
Our product portfolio consists of a range of aircraft performance and flight planning services and applications, used by pilots and dispatch centres around the world. The role includes overseeing the software development lifecycle, managing daily workflows (Scrum), contributing technical expertise, and ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
