Job Summary: To support the Purchasing Department in data handling, documentation, and spend-related administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to indirect procurement processes and internal collaboration across multiple luxury brands. Key Responsibilities:
Support spending data extraction and perform basic analysis via SpendHQ and IvaluaAssist in vendor selection, registration process, and tracking bidding historyTrack purchasing KPIs and analyzing data to Purchasing DashboardOrganize and maintain a preferred vendor pool for efficient procurementAssist in refining training materials and communication tools for brandsMaintain and organize procurement homepage and information sourcesProvide support for internal/external meetings, and onboarding/ training coordinationTranslate or review documents (English ? Japanese) when requiredSupport other administrative tasks related to purchasing operationsAdditional Responsibilities (if applicable): Support Purchasing manager to collect business needs and conduct market research to identify potential suppliers/sourcing opportunitiesSkills Required:
Strong Interest in indirect Purchasing, luxury retail, or business operations. Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and document managementStrong communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organization. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Business- level proficiency in Japanese & English.
