Agile Team Coach

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, have SAFe certification (minimum POPM or SMTC), and possess a strong background as a Product Owner or Scrum Master/Team Coach. You will play a key role in guiding client teams, supporting clients on-site, and contributing to the development of our startup culture with a high degree of self-organized mind set. Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor agile teams and leadership in Agile and SAFe principles. Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies.

Support agile transformation and change management initiatives for customers across different industries. Engage directly with clients on-site to provide hands-on coaching and agile guidance. Collaborate with internal teams to evolve Atamagile’s agile coaching capabilities and service offerings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement both within client organizations and Atamagile.
