Sr. Program Manager, Project Management

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives across our organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic programs from conception to completion while ensuring seamless collaboration between diverse teams. As a Program Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue between multiple teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient execution, and strategic alignment of organizational priorities. You'll be responsible for driving both operational excellence and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key job responsibilitiesProject & Timeline Management Establish and track key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths Identify and mitigate risks proactively Drive accountability across teams to meet deadlines and deliverablesInformation Management & Communication Design and implement communication frameworks to ensure transparent information flow across teams Create and maintain documentation systems for program tracking and reporting Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor program health and successTraining & Event Management Develop and execute cross-functional training programs Organize and facilitate strategic planning sessions and team events Create engagement opportunities that foster cross-team collaborationNote: Business-level English and Japanese are required (verbal and written).

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 5+ years of driving process improvements experience Advanced degree in business or related fieldOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
