Benny Blanco's Mother Forced to Hide From Home Intruders: Report

Benny Blanco’s mother, Sandra Levin, was reportedly forced to hide from intruders during a recent break-in at her home.

The incident happened on Shadyglade Avenue in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles around 9:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC 4.

The homeowner, whom law enforcement sources identified to the outlet as Blanco’s mom, was home when two men broke in through a sliding glass door. The men were described as wearing dark colored clothing and masks.

According to the LAPD, the homeowner ran upstairs and locked herself in a bathroom located inside a bedroom. She heard the intruders walk upstairs and open a bedroom door. When she peeked out of the bathroom door, the intruders saw her and ran away.

It’s not clear if the men were armed. Nothing was taken from the scene, and no injuries were reported, according to the publication.

The reported incident at Levin’s home comes just shy of two months after Blanco, 37, tied the knot with Selena Gomez in Santa Barbara, California. The September 27 nuptials were attended by approximately 170 guests, including the couple’s families and several of their celebrity friends, such as Taylor Swift, Paul Rudd, Steve Martin, Martin Short, Paris Hilton and more.

Gomez, 33, wore three custom Ralph Lauren gowns for the wedding, while Blanco wore a tuxedo from the designer.

Gomez’s grandfather, David Michael Cornett, walked her down the aisle.

A source exclusively told Us at the time that Gomez was “sobbing and crying so hard” during her vows, which made everyone else in the room start crying.

“Everyone there was sobbing, and it was extremely emotional,” the insider said.
