Collin Morikawa recently revealed why 5 is his favorite number during a book club event hosted by McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown. The event celebrated the launch of Brown’s latest book, Seven Tenths of a Second.Morikawa attended the book launch event alongside several athletes, including José Alberto (Albert Pujols), Justin Rose, LPGA pro Michelle Wie West, MLB player Hunter Greene, former professional ice hockey players Teemu Selanne and Jeremy Roenick, former infielder and manager Oliver Marmol, and ice hockey legend Mark Messier.During the event, Morikawa had the chance to sit next to his childhood idol, José Alberto. Pujols, who wears jersey number 5, is a Dominican-American professional baseball manager and former first baseman and designated hitter. He currently manages the Leones del Escogido in the Dominican Professional Baseball League.
