Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team.Essential Qualifications, Duties, And Responsibilities Candidate should have 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience and experience in documenting, negotiating, closing, and conducting due diligence for all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions, with experience in construction and real estate secured loans preferred. Experience with LIHTC or other tax-credit projects is also desirable and experience with title, survey, and real estate development is a plus. Proven experience in managing large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception through closing and post-closing stages. Applicants must have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to detail and must be committed to providing exceptional client service. We are open to considering candidates within our geographical footprint, with a strong preference in Colorado or Arizona. Compensation $220,000 – $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role. Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives may be applicable. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
