The decision is considered a bit of an upset given that Brooks was contending against Cleveland Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett — who logged five sacks in a loss to the New England Patriots this past Sunday. As it turns out, getting a win and a dominant team performance was plenty to help tip the scales. He'll enter Week 9 play leading the league in total tackles (85) and solo tackles (53). Miami will need a lot more production from Brooks tomorrow night if the team is going to successfully bottle up Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and company to score a second consecutive win.
