Man Decorated His Yard for Halloween — Now He's Behind Bars for Charges of 'Threatening' City Officials

A Kentucky man was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 4 after he placed Halloween decorations on his property that showed fake bodies with the titles of elected officials. Stephan Marcum, 58, is facing charges of intimidating a participant in the legal process and third-degree terroristic threatening, according to an arrest citation obtained by PEOPLE. The five fake bodies were wrapped in garbage bags and displayed on Marcum’s Court Street property in Stanton. “There was one body that was being hung from an elevated position,” per the citation. “The one hanging was labeled ‘District Judge.’ There was a rope around the neck of this body.” Want to keep up with the latest crime coverage? The other four bodies were labeled as "Mayor," "C.A," "SIS" and "Zoning Mgr," according to the citation. Marcum was arrested by Kentucky State Troopers and taken to the Powell County Detention Center on Saturday, October 4. He told troopers that “he did not want to speak with us about the ‘Halloween decorations’ he had in his yard,” according to the citation. “This is something you just don’t see every day,” Powell County Judge Executive Eddie Barnes told WKYT. “At first I didn’t know what to think about it because I actually drove by and [saw] it in his yard and I’m thinking you know, wow, you know, that’s kinda harsh.” Marcum is currently being held on a $5,000 bond, according to the outlet. A court date has yet to be set.

Diletta donned a skin-hugging dress that complimented her jaw-dropping figure - leaving fans in awe of her good looks. However, it was the behind the scenes snaps that left fans under the collar. Diletta posed for the camera in nothing but a dressing gown in one snap, while in another video she showed her routine from start to finish. She is seen in the makeup chair, with her dog in her hand before she gets changed. Diletta then goes over her notes and gets mic'ed up before it's time to go live. And fans rushed to the comments section to gush over her snaps. "What a beauty," one fan declared with a red heart and heart eyes emoji. As a second said: "You're always our favourite day!" "Such a beautiful broadcaster," a third replied. While a fourth responded: "You're from another planet..." And another added: "You are a spectacle!" Diletta is well aware of her natural good looks - admitting they helped to get in her into the footballing business. Speaking to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport , Diletta said: "Is it more difficult for women in football? DAZN has always valued the role of women. "Both in front of and behind the camera. We are a family where talent has a voice – regardless of gender. "We live in a perfect world, but a little competition is normal. So many female journalists and presenters are good and talented. But please don't force me to judge them." She added: "Did being beautiful help me? Image is important, but preparation and the ability to cover events are even more important. Love for my work and professionalism have always been important to me." Diletta's other half, Karius, is currently playing his football in the German second tier with Schalke 04. Schalke were relegated from the Bundesliga in 2023, and they signed the German after his contract expired with Newcastle.
