Եվրոպական Միության կողմից ներդրվում է նոր Մուտքի/ելքի համակարգ (Entry/Exit System – EES), որը կսկսի գործել 2025թ. հոկտեմբերի 12-ից։ ԱԳ նախարարության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ նոր համակարգի նպատակն է ամրապնդել Շենգենյան գոտու արտաքին սահմանների վերահսկողությունը, բարձրացնել անվտանգությունը և պարզեցնել գործընթացները ոչ ԵՄ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։ Ինչ պետք է իմանան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները Ո՞ւմ է վերաբերում – Նոր համակարգը վերաբերում է բոլոր այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր չեն հանդիսանում ԵՄ կամ Շենգենյան գոտու անդամ պետության քաղաքացի, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին։ Ի՞նչ է փոխվում – Սահմանային անցակետերում ԵՄ և Շենգենյան գոտու պետությունները կգրանցեն յուրաքանչյուր մուտք և ելք՝ փոխարինելով ներկայիս անձնագրում դրոշմակնիքների դնելու գործելակերպը։ Գրանցվող տվյալները. - Անձնական տվյալներ (անուն, ազգանուն, քաղաքացիություն և այլն), - Ճամփորդական փաստաթղթի տվյալներ, - Մուտքի և ելքի ամսաթիվ ու վայր, - Կենսաչափական տվյալներ՝ մատնահետք և դեմքի լուսանկարում։ Վավերականության վերահսկում – Համակարգը ավտոմատ կերպով կվերահսկի, թե արդյոք թույլատրելի է տվյալ անձի մուտքը, և արդյոք չի գերազանցվել Շենգենյան գոտում կարճաժամկետ մնալու «90 օր՝ յուրաքանչյուր 180 օր ժամանակահատվածում» կանոնը։ Որտե՞ղ է գործելու. համակարգը կգործի բոլոր արտաքին սահմանային անցակետերում՝ օդանավակայաններում, ծովային նավահանգիստներում և ցամաքային սահմանային անցակետերում։ Ինչպե՞ս պատրաստվել. ճանապարհորդները պետք է պատրաստ լինեն կենսաչափական տվյալների (մատնահետք, լուսանկարում) տրամադրմանը և սահմանին ստուգման ավելի երկար տևող ժամանակահատվածին՝ հատկապես առաջին անգամ մուտք գործելիս։ EES-ը ԵՄ լայնածավալ թվային սահմանային կառավարման համակարգ է, որը մշակվել է միգրացիոն գործընթացների թափանցիկության և անվտանգության բարձրացման նպատակով։ Համակարգի մասին ավելի մանրամասն տեղեկատվությունը՝ այստեղ։

Nintendo mysteriously releases Close to You CG animated video, but what is it?【Video】

Four-minute video has no dialogue, but still contains audio clues as to what it might be. Nintendo was a pioneer in creating a direct information pipeline to fans, and its Nintendo Direct long-form YouTube presentations are a strategy that several other entities in the game industry have since adopted. But while it’s sometimes willing to chat for hours on end about its upcoming projects, Nintendo now just dropped a lengthy, lavish CG animated video with absolutely no explanation at all and not a single word of spoken dialogue. It’s titled Close to You, and that’s the only thing that Nintendo currently has to say about it. Despite the unceremonious way in which it was released via the company’s Japanese and U.S. YouTube channels, plus Nintendo’s official Twitter account, the animation is incredibly detailed and fluid, beyond what would make sense for a simple “Hey, we wanted to show off a fun little video some artists tossed together in their spare time” sort of thing. The video starts off with a mother playing with her baby in the child’s nursery. A dog, presumably the family pet, starts barking, and Mom goes to check on it, consoling the fussy child with a pacifier before she walks out into the hall and shuts the door…and that’s when strange things start happening. A block falls, looking like maybe it was pushed over by a shift in the air current when Mom shut the door, but then an entire stack of blocks starts moving on its own. When the baby drops its pacifier, it seems to get picked up by some invisible creature trying to carry it off. So what’s going on? My first guess was that it’s a preview for the upcoming Super Mario Bros. Movie sequel, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. With the kid’s blond hair and sky-blue clothes, the color scheme is evocative of the Galaxy game’s Rosaline/Rosetta character, and the hyper-detailed textures on carpet and upholstery shown in the video seem like they’re trying to showcase theatrical-quality CG work. The designs of the baby and mom also have a bit of a “Hollywood CG animated movie” vibe to them, and don’t look like they’d be out of place in something produced by Illumination, Nintendo’s partner on the Super Mario movies. However, while nobody says a word in the video, there are some audio clues as to what it might be foreshadowing. Several Twitter commenters have pointed out similarities between the video’s expressive piano soundtrack and pieces from the soundtrack of Nintendo’s Pikmin franchise. The series’ gameplay largely consists of guiding tiny aliens as they scavenge for necessary items, which bop around when being transported in a manner very similar to the blocks and pacifier in Close to You. And while we don’t actually see any of the primary-colored creatures actually carrying the items being moved about the baby’s room, in the shot below that red blur underneath the crib is clearly some sort of creature scuttling about. Does this mean there’s a new Pikmin sequel on the way? The timing seems a little early for that. The most recent game in the series, Pikmin 4 came out in 2023, and Nintendo usually spaces out its mainline franchise installments quite a bit. Pikmin 3 was released in 2013, so a two-year turnaround for Pikmin 5 is unlikely. But if Close to You is part of Pikmin, but not part of Pikmin 5, what is it? It could be part of a Pikmin 4 rerelease for the Switch 2, as Nintendo has been reheating a number of Switch hits for its new console, giving them graphical upgrades and, in some cases, additional gameplay content. However, Close to You is nearly four minutes in length. That’s too long just for a promotional YouTube teaser to drum up excitement for a game, but Nintendo also doesn’t regularly do long in-game cutscenes. If Close to You were going to be included in a Pikmin 4 re-release, you’d expect for there to eventually be Pikmin shown in CG animation too, but that would mean even more uncharacteristically long cutscenes in a Nintendo game. So if Close to You is part of something bigger that eventually does show Pikmin, but that’d be too many cutscenes for a Nintendo game, maybe this really is somehow related to Nintendo’s partnership with Illumination, or its overall interest in adapting its games as movies. Between the Super Mario Galaxy Movie and the also in-production live-action Legend of Zelda movie, Nintendo already has two big-spectacle stories in the works, so trying something a little more laid-back in tone for a third project has some logic to it. Pikmin doesn’t have quite the same dramatic punch as some of the company’s other franchises, but an animated short that’s longer than the four-minute video, but still shorter than feature-length, could make a nice opening act to show at the start of screenings of the Galaxy movie. For the time being, though, Nintendo is only saying as much about Close to You’s true identity as the video’s characters do. After groceries, quick commerce targets household chores

After transforming grocery and food delivery, quick commerce is now sweeping into households. Start-ups such as Snabbit, Pronto, Broomees, and Urban Company’s new Insta Help are racing to deliver verified domestic help, cleaners, and cooks within minutes — addressing one of urban India’s most common pain points. For Mumbai-based marketing executive Anjali, the appeal lies in convenience and reliability. “I frequently use Snabbit services for cleaning because it’s formal and hassle-free compared to searching for a professional each time,” she said. The urban demand for convenience is shaping a market that’s fast expanding. India’s home services sector is projected to grow from $5 billion in 2023 to $21 billion by 2032, according to Zion Market Research. “There was no digitised offering or convenient solution in this space,” said Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Snabbit. “Everyone had the pain point, everyone had the real need, but still, this industry was operating the same way for decades. Zero disruption in a category that affects people’s everyday lives equals a big opportunity.” Founded by the former Zepto executive, Snabbit raised $5.5 million from Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and others. The company operates in eight micro-markets — six in Mumbai and two in Bengaluru — and plans to expand to 100 by the end of the year. “Quick is a feature for us, not a differentiator,” Agarwal said. “You can pre-book someone a day before or book them in minutes. We genuinely understand there are use cases where you need urgent help, and we want to solve for that.” Full-stack approach Snabbit follows a full-stack approach — sourcing, screening, training and managing service professionals in-house rather than acting as a marketplace. “We don’t use the words maids or gig workers. We’re creating a platform where demand meets supply with dignity and stability,” Agarwal said. “Our experts are assured a stable income every month. We incentivise good behaviour, punctuality and service quality.” The company also provides insurance and financial access benefits like credit and salary advances to its workers. Meanwhile, competitors are rapidly entering the space. Pronto has secured $2 million, Broomees raised $1.1 million after its appearance on Shark Tank India, and Urban Company has rolled out Insta Help for quicker service turnaround. With younger consumers driving demand, aided by higher disposable incomes and comfort with tech-driven solutions, the category is seeing rapid adoption. The main value hook is speed: users can book and call verified domestic helpers home within 10–15 minutes. “Initially, people said: who needs groceries in 10 minutes? Turns out, everyone does. It’ll be the same for house help,” Agarwal said. “We’re not replacing anyone. Your maid takes four days off a month — we step in for those days. We’re providing convenience that Indian consumers have never experienced before.” As the model gains traction, quick commerce may have just found its next billion-dollar opportunity — not in groceries or gadgets, but in everyday household chores. Warrington sign back Hopoate on two-year deal

Warrington Wolves have signed outside back Albert Hopoate on a two-year contract from NRL side Canberra Raiders from next season. The 24-year-old, brother of former St Helens full-back Will Hopoate, has scored 13 tries in 42 NRL appearances as well as 14 tries in 31 in the NSW Cup. Hopoate joins off the back of suffering a serious knee injury while playing for the Raiders' NSW Cup team earlier this season, the third time he has suffered an anterior cruciate knee ligament (ACL) injury during his career. "I feel blessed for the opportunity to join Warrington and it's a move myself and my family are really excited about," Hopoate told the club's official website., external "After a difficult season this year I'm looking forward now to getting back playing and enjoying my footy. I believe my best years are coming up in front of me now. "I'm excited to get over, meet my new team-mates and the fans, and experience what Super League is all about." Hopoate is Warrington's fourth new singing for 2026, joining Liam Byrne, Toafofoa Sipley and Tevita Pangai Jr. He joins having completed an "independent and rigorous medical assessment", the club added. "Albert is a great signing for us here at Warrington," head coach Sam Burgess added. "We're looking forward to welcoming him into our group and for him to develop his game over here in Super League."
