An emotional moment (Picture: ITV) Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) and Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant) received a very important update about the limo crash in tonight’s episode of Emmerdale. In February, a group of male residents and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) set off out of the village in one limo, while a group of female residents and Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) headed out in the second vehicle. In the limo that was being driven by Caleb Miligan (William Ash), things became incredibly tense when he confronted Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) after he slept with Ruby Miligan (Beth Cordingly). The group very nearly hit an oncoming lorry, but Caleb was able to swerve in time and prevent and severe injuries. In the limo that was being driven by Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) though, they weren’t as lucky. Amy and Leyla died in hospital (Picture: ITV) Charity spotted Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) in the middle of the road, which also forced her to come off the road. The limo ended up stopping in the middle of a frozen lake, forcing the group to very carefully make their way across the water and onto dry land. But before they could do this, the group realised that Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough) had died as a result of hitting her head during the crash. One by one, the females and Liam made their way over the ice, but disaster struck once again for them, when Amy fell through and into the water. She was pulled out, but died in hospital a while later. The final woman who died during this was Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi), who had sustained a horrible injury during the limo skidding along the ice. She also died in hospital, leaving son Jacob broken. Their friend Suzy died as a result of a head injury she sustained during the limo crash (Picture: ITV) We learnt a short while later that Noah was on the road because a few hours prior, he was with Joe Tate (Ned Porteous). Joe had spiked Noah and taken him to a private hospital. He had his blood tested to see if they were a match, with the intention of illegally taking Noah’s kidney from him if he was. Dodgy Doctor Crowley (James Hillier) confirmed he wasn’t though, leaving him and Joe to dump him at the side of the road. The events that happened beforehand mean Joe was responsible for the deaths of Leyla, Amy and Suzy but with zero concrete evidence, he was never going to face the consequences. This left Kerry, Matty and Jacob aware of what was coming when they sat down to read the coroner’s report in the latest episode of the ITV soap. The document stated that Leyla, Amy and Suzy’s deaths have been ruled as accidental. The news didn’t surprise them, but it was still incredibly difficult to process. Joe Tate was ultimately responsible for the three deaths (Picture: ITV) The trio are connected for life over what they’ve all been through, which meant they all made a great deal of effort to support each other. This unfortunately was interrupted by Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson), who accused Kerry of drinking on the job, unaware of what was going on. Kerry didn’t explain the context to Jai, so he didn’t hesitate in sacking her from the depot. And this news isn’t going to go down very well with Caleb Miligan (William Ash) when he finds out soon…
Have we seen the last of her? (Picture: BBC/Metro) EastEnders has only just seen the return of the Grand Dame of Walford, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), but she left almost as quickly as she came back, determined to get half sister Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) away from the square following the hideous attack she suffered at the hands of Joel Marshall (Max Murray). Before she left, however, her feud with Zoe was, at first, quashed, then reignited after Zoe and Vicki engaged in a vicious catfight in the Square. As the two women went head to head, Zoe dropped one of her trademark bombshells on Sharon, gleefully revealing that Dennis Rickman (Nigel Harmon) is the father of her missing son. Although she successfully brought Sharon on side, with her offering to fund the search operation, Kat was later utterly horrified to discover that Zoe had lied about her child’s parentage in order to use Sharon’s money. Zoe told a massive lie… (Picture: BBC/Jack Barns/Kieron McCarron) …to use Sharon’s money to find her child (Picture: BBC/Jack Barns/Kieron McCarron) Though she pleaded with Zoe to come clean, the younger Slater refused, leaving Kat’s stomach churning over the deceit. As she over heard Vicki clashing with Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw), with Vicki spelling out that there’s only right and wrong, with nothing in between, Kat’s mind was made up. With Vicki having heard from Sharon that she’s searching for Dennis’ daughter to obtain DNA to help with the search as well as cashing in her ISA, she panicked that her sister was getting in far too deep, and potentially projecting her feelings about losing Denny (Bleu Landau), her last connection to Dennis, onto the situation. As Vicki attempted to reach Zoe to fill her in, Kat stopped her and prepared to spill the tea. Though Zoe appeared and fought to keep Kat quiet, she ultimately revealed the truth. Vicki discovered the truth (Picture: BBC/Jack Barns/Kieron McCarron) Returning home, Vicki rang Sharon immediately and filled her in on what she’d learned. Though we only heard Vicki’s side of the conversation, it was clear that Sharon was utterly crushed. As she shared a glass of wine with Sharon’s half-brother, Zack Hudson (James Farrar), Vicki shared her concerns about Sharon’s mental state, informing him that Sharon was heading to America to stay with Michelle Fowler (Jenna Russell) and had no intention of returning to Walford. While Zack played the cooler head, urging Vicki to not seek revenge, Vicki swore that she couldn’t let Zoe get away with the hurt she’d inflicted on their family. Could Vicki have stuck to her word and is she behind the warning shot left for Zoe at the Vic?

A Welsh dairy, which has been a pillar of the community for over 70 years, has officially shut its doors, bringing an end to a remarkable family legacy that spanned four generations. Radford's Dairies, situated at Dairy Villa on Bedwellty Road in Elliot's Town, New Tredegar , has been a fixture of local life since its establishment in the early 1950s by Ronald Radford. He started delivering milk from his home on Jubilee Road, storing bottles in his house's passageway. As the enterprise expanded, Ronald was joined by his son David and daughter-in-law Marian, who played pivotal roles in growing the business and solidifying the dairy's position as a cornerstone of the village. Over time, the next generation, Ryan Radford and his son Jack, carried on the family profession, maintaining the early morning milk rounds that became a staple of life across the Rhymney Valley. Through snowstorms, torrential rain, and even national lockdowns, the Radford family persevered with their deliveries, their commitment and community spirit earning them widespread admiration. In May 2025, Ryan Radford tragically passed away at the age of 54 after a battle with cancer - a loss that deeply affected both his family and the community he served. Fulfilling his final wish, Ryan's last journey was made aboard his milk float, surrounded by neighbours and lifelong customers paying their respects. After the death of his father, 24 year old Jack Radford stepped up to run the family business with the help of his mother and other family members. Despite their best efforts, the family sadly announced in October 2025 that they could no longer continue operations. Jack Radford said: "Radford’s dairy business New Tredegar has been in our family for 71 years through four generations starting with my great grand father Ronald, whom started the business from his home in Jubilee Rd where he kept the milk in his passage of his home. "The business developed into a larger setting within the village where my grandparents David and Marian became involved as a partner and same for my father Ryan. "After the passing of Ronald then years later it was left to my Dad Ryan and myself carrying out early morning deliveries and managing daily needs of the business. "May 2025 my dad Ryan sadly passed away at the age of 54 from cancer which left us as a family and the community in total devastation. "We even had to carry out my Dad’s final wish of his last journey being taken on his milk float. "I then had to take over the business at 24 years of age, carrying out the same tasks alone with support of my family. "Over the decades the customer support has meant far more than simply keeping a business going. "They welcomed us into their homes, trusted us to serve their families, and allowed us to become part of their daily lives, friendships have been built and memories made, and we will treasure those forever. "Most recently myself and my mum had to accept that continuing is no longer possible. "What has carried us through the recent months has been our loyal customers. "Please know that your loyalty, kindness, and encouragement have been a source of great comfort to us, especially in recent times and we has a family would like to thank you all for your custom and support." As a huge film fan and horror girlie, I can't tell you how many times I've been let down by a low-budget film that promises to be the "next Blair Witch Project". Spoiler alert, they never are. I was pleasantly surprised to have thoroughly enjoyed a recent horror film produced and shot on a shoestring, right here in Wales. The Mill Killers (originally titled Scopophobia) is a 100-minute horror feature inspired by the director's experience of lockdown in Wales. Welsh Director and writer Aled Owen, told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast that his low-budget film, The Mill Killers, was a "thriller disguised as a horror," inspired by the emptiness of his hometown, Carmarthen , during lockdown. Co-producer Tom Rawding from Portsmouth also worked on the film with Aled under the banner of their local production company, Melyn Pictures Ltd. The film features a talented all-Welsh cast, including Bethany Williams-Potter from Carmarthen, Emma Stacey from Bridgend , and Ellen Jane-Thomas from Tenby, alongside Ioan Hefin, Christine Kempell, and Lisa Marged. BBC reports that The Mill Killers was shot in just 15 days across a range of locations in and around Carmarthen, Swansea , and Middlesbrough during periods in 2022 and 2023. Welsh viewers may recognise spots like the streets of Johnstown and Carmarthenshire's National Botanical Garden. For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter What's even more impressive is that the horror flick was financed primarily through crowdfunding, with even the cast and crew contributing to make the Welsh film project a reality. Everyone's faith in the homegrown movie paid off, as the film's world premiere took place earlier in the year at FrightFest in London in August 2024, to rave reviews. It's now available to watch on major streaming services like Apple TV and Amazon Prime, and is the perfect Halloween watch if you want to scare yourself silly. Amazon lists the synopsis as: "Four girls return home to a ghost town but find themselves being followed. By someone who knows what they did? Or just their guilty conscience? There's more to each girl than meets the eye." On my first viewing of The Mill Killers (which was the Welsh premiere at the Lyric Theatre in Carmarthen), I honestly expected a chill evening of fun with my husband (who is absolutely not a horror fan). A low-budget Welsh horror about a group of old schoolmates revisiting their grim-looking hometown? I thought I was in for a touch of melodrama and a few fake blood splatters. Instead, I found myself nervously eyeing my own streetlights on the way home after a superbly unsettling watch. Which is saying something, considering I’ve sat through The Silence of the Lambs and The Exorcist without so much as a nervous twitch. But The Mill Killers hits differently. Maybe it’s because it’s set in my home country of Wales, not some shadowy American basement, more like, “Oh, this could absolutely happen down the road by the old factory down by me.” Writer-director Aled Owen doesn’t reinvent horror, but he definitely toys with it as the cast races around the creepiest-looking abandoned mill you've ever seen, hunted in the dark by someone who might know what they did all those years ago. What starts off looking like a sad look at Welsh industry (with monochrome black and white scenes to boot) quickly becomes something much stranger and arguably more tragic. It’s not just about who’s lurking in the dark, but what’s festering in the past. The story follows Rhiannon (Catrin Jones) and her friends, who, as teens, did something particularly naughty, triggering a tragedy that has haunted them ever since. Now they’re back home for a reunion that spirals into an absolute nightmare with devastating consequences, friendship-ruining betrayals, and backstabbing. (Welsh girls, eh?) The film has that rare small-budget confidence, a low-key horror that obviously can’t outspend Hollywood, so it outsmarts it instead. The Welsh cast is superb, full of sharp, natural performances and a healthy dose of realism, along with a toxic dynamic that anyone who has been in a high school clique will recognise. These aren’t glossy final girls; they’re messy, flawed and occasionally utterly awful, which makes what happens to them all the more gripping. There’s a raw authenticity to the setting too; the abandoned industrial Welsh backdrops feel like they’ve seen both ghosts and redundancy notices, and it's always surreal to see locations that you recognise on the big screen. And the scares? They will make you jump and drop your popcorn. Not just the splashes of blood splattering gore (though there are a few scenes where you’ll wish you hadn’t been eating), but creeping, slow-burning dread that hums beneath the synth-heavy 80s soundtrack from talented Welsh singer-songwriter GG Fearn . It’s the sort of horror that makes your shoulders tense rather than your lungs scream (apart from the shocking jump scares that is). By the time the credits rolled, I was equal parts rattled and impressed. The Mill Killers* might not have the flashy budget and marketing plan of The Conjuring, but it’s got something much more unnerving familiarity. It’s Welsh, it’s weirdly funny, it’s heartbreakingly tragic at times, and it might just make you think twice about your next hometown reunion with friends who might just be frenemies. Watch The Mill Killers on Amazon Prime now and prepare to hide behind the sofa.
Celebrity Traitors star Tom Daley has revealed his son broke down in tears when he was 'murdered' on the BBC show. The Olympic diving legend was one of the Faithfuls on the current series of the gripping TV show , which is hosted by Claudia Winkleman. But he became one of the early victims of Traitors Alan Carr, Jonathan Ross and Cat Burns, getting killed off swiftly after they decided he was going to be tough to outwit in the competititon. Tom has two sons with his husband Dustin Lance Black - Robbie, who was born in 2018, and Phoenix, who was born in 2023. And speaking on The One Show on Tuesday (October 28), he admitted that his Celebrity Traitors exit had his eldest son in tears. "I've been watching it with my husband and my oldest son," he said. "And what was really sad was when, like, I got, you know, murdered, he was like, he started crying 'Oh, my papa.' "And I was like, 'Robbie, I'm here, you're fine.' And then he was like, 'OK, because I wanted you to win. And he's like, I hate the Traitors.'" Tom also shared: "Well, you know, I did want to be a Traitor." During his time in the castle Tom made news when he was spotted giving fellow contestant Kate Garraway some serious side-eye over the way she reacted to Paloma Faith's murder. Good Morning Britain star Kate declared she was "flabbergasted" and Tom thought it was slightly over the top, fuelling his suspicious that she was actually a Traitor. His eye roll got people talking, but the star insisted that he had no idea that it would become such a big thing. "I didn't even realise that I was doing that much of a side eye," he said. Tom went on: "I didn't even realise that it was going to be a thing because I was in LA and then I was getting all these texts of like, 'That side eye', 'That...' I was like, 'What side eye?' "And then before I knew it, I was like, 'OK, I guess flabbergasted and the side eye is a thing'." Celebrity Traitors airs on BBC One.

In a recent Minecraft snapshot 25w44a for Mounts of Mayhem, Mojang has introduced two new mob variants: Parched skeleton and Camel Husk. These two will be desert-variant mobs coming alongside zombie horse, nautilus, and zombie nautilus. They were not revealed in the bi-annual live event in Here is everything to know about the two new mob variants coming to the Mounts of Mayhem game drop.Everything to know so far about Parched and Camel Husks coming to Minecraft Mounts of MayhemParched skeletonParched skeleton is a new skeleton variant that will spawn in deserts (Image via Sportskeeda Gaming || Mojang Studios)In the snapshot 25w44a, Mojang added a new skeleton variant called Parched. This is a desert-themed variant that will occasionally spawn in the desert, replacing regular skeletons. This means that both regular and Parched skeletons can spawn in the desert.Similar to every hostile creature, they can spawn at zero light level, but not underground in a cave. Like zombie husks, these new skeleton variants will not burn in sunlight either.Since Parched is a skeleton variant, they shoot special arrows of weakness that put a weakness effect on players. Weakness effect reduces the melee attack damage by two hearts per hit.Camel HuskCamel Husk is a new camel variant that only spawns in the desert (Image via Sportskeeda Gaming || Mojang Studios)Camel Husk is a brand-new undead camel variant coming with the Mounts of Mayhem game drop. In the bi-annual live event, Mojang revealed that the zombie horse is coming to survival game mode in the next game drop. However, they did not give any hint that they might also add an undead camel variant as well. This is the first variant of the mob, and it will look drastically different from a regular camel. While a regular camel is yellow beige in color, the Camel Husk is a lot darker, almost like a dark brown color. Similar to zombie horse, Camel Husk also has its ribs visible. The mob only spawns at night in deserts, on blocks that have zero light level. It is an uncommon mob that spawns with two riders: a zombie husk wielding a spear, and a Parched skeleton. Once its mounts are dead, the Camel Husk becomes passive. Its favorite food is rabbit food, but it cannot be bred.Check out our latest articles on Minecraft:Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.120 update patch notes: The Copper Age bug fixes, Vibrant Visuals add-on support, and moreMinecraft adjusts Lunge nerf in latest snapshot following community feedbackThis hilarious Minecraft mod adds YouTube Shorts meme culture
Nikki Bella might be cooking up the unimaginable on WWE RAW. She made her return on last week's episode of the red brand and came to the aid of Stephanie Vaquer, who was double-teamed by Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez. Vaquer had defeated Perez in a match before she got attacked by the heavy hitters.Later on the show, during a backstage segment, Nikki offered to be Stephanie Vaquer's partner, since it appeared that Vaquer had just made two foes on RAW. The reigning Women's World Champion then accepted the Hall of Famer's offer and embraced her. This week, Nikki Bella went one-on-one against Roxanne Perez but was defeated. After the match, Perez joined forces with Raquel and attacked the veteran before La Primera ran in for the save. The babyfaces are now scheduled to face The Judgment Day on next week's RAW.However, Nikki might have teased turning on La Primera in the near future. During an interview, the former Diva's Champion was seen staring down the 32-year-old, who was promoting their upcoming showdown against Perez and Raquel. This incident has now led fans to suggest that their alliance might not last long.If this is proven true, Nikki Bella might turn heel and betray the reigning Women's World Champion. Interestingly, this could lead to an intriguing feud between the superstars, with the veteran eventually challenging Vaquer for the title. If this happens, with a plethora of possibilities open, Nikki could eventually dethrone La Primera in a shocking twist, as part of a blockbuster storyline. However, while this might be a hint, it is speculative, and nothing has been confirmed.Brie Bella could finally return to reunite with Nikki BellaIf the above scenario plays out, it might lead to Brie Bella returning to reunite with her sister, Nikki Bella, and re-form The Bella Twins for the first time in two years. The twins officially ended their alliance in March 2023, mutually agreeing not to renew their WWE contracts to begin a new chapter in their lives. Although Nikki returned for a second run earlier this year, Brie has not yet made her comeback. However, the veteran might consider returning to the Stamford-based promotion after Nikki potentially captures the Women's World Championship from Stephanie Vaquer. If this happens, it might eventually lead to the reunion of The Bella Twins, as part of a blockbuster storyline. However, this angle is also speculative, and nothing has been confirmed.

Bron Breakker was able to destroy LA Knight on this week's WWE RAW, but it seems that his trash talk mid-way through the match has turned some heads.WWE posted about the shock surrounding Breakker and his use of "67" during the match, the term which has been trending on social media in the past few months. His tag team partner, Bronson Reed, took to X/Twitter and hilariously responded with the old man emoji.Bron Breakker is only 28 years old, but he claimed that Knight was celebrating his 67th Birthday this weekend, which was a joke that went over the heads of many of the WWE Universe. It seems that Knight is now seen as an old man, as he turns 43 on November 1st. The Megastar is only a few years older than Bronson Reed, but the Australian star believes he is the old man, and he has now shared that moniker with the WWE Universe.LA Knight won't be featured at Saturday Night's Main EventBron Breakker and Bronson Reed surprisingly didn't invade the Battle Royal last week after being taken out of the match by RAW General Manager Adam Pearce. Paul Heyman revealed last night, during a backstage segment with his team, that the reason was that they knew Pearce had the power to suspend them indefinitely if they tried to intervene.Knight was eliminated from the match by Jey Uso, who also eliminated his brother. Now, following this defeat at the hands of Bron Breakker, it's unlikely that LA Knight will be part of this weekend's show. The only positive here is that he will be able to fly home and spend his Birthday with his family, since it's the day of Saturday Night's Main Event.
Philadelphia Flyers coach Rick Tocchet spoke about what the rivalry with the Pittsburgh Penguins means to him. As his team prepares to face the Penguins on Tuesday, he shared his thoughts on one of the NHL’s most competitive matchups.“You know, it’s a great rivalry over the years," Tocchet told reporters. "I’ve lived it. "Both great cities, you know, had their share of success either way. And you know, there's a lot of, I hate using the word hate, but there's a lot of, you know, which is good, you know. I think rivals should be that way. They're intense"The Flyers have started the season with a 4-3-1 record, and their strong defense and penalty kill have been important factors. Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the New York Islanders showed how much fight the team has.Meanwhile, the Penguins are off to one of the best starts in the league with a 7-2-1 record. Their success has been driven by veterans Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, who continue to perform at a high level. Crosby recently reached 1,700 career points, a rare milestone that puts him among the game’s legends. Malkin has also been sharp, posting 16 points in 10 games.Tocchet praised both players for the consistency they’ve shown over their long careers.“Sid has said, you know, he’s having a great year,” Tocchet said. “Malkin, I was told, really worked hard this summer. You can tell. Give the coach a lot of credit. They’re believing in what they’re doing and coming up with timely goals.”Crosby, who is now 38, still plays at an elite level with seven goals and seven assists in 10 games. He’s been an important part of Pittsburgh’s power play, scoring three goals with the man advantage. Crosby's consistency has helped the team stay near the top of the Metropolitan Division.Having coached the Penguins before, Tocchet understands what makes them highly competitive year after year.Josh Yohe says Penguins GM Kyle Dubas won’t change his plan despite Sidney Crosby’s strong startNHL insider Josh Yohe said Sidney Crosby’s strong play won’t change Kyle Dubas’ plan to make the Penguins younger. Even with the center leading the team early this season, Dubas is focused on the future and won’t rush to make short-term moves. Yohe highlighted on Monday that Dubas won’t give in.“Everyone I have spoken with, however, tells me that Dubas isn’t going to budge,” Yohe wrote, via The Athletic. He described Dubas as calm and focused, even if some people don’t agree with him. Yohe added that the team president talks often with Crosby’s agent, Pat Brisson. However, he will still follow his plan to build a stronger long-term team instead of chasing quick results.
Yes, and they already are. The GTA 6 protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, are excellent examples of the anti-hero type. This concept of the anti-hero is what is at the core of the GTA series. These two characters are not good guys in the classic sense, but they are also not completely evil or villainous.Like Michael, Franklin, and Trevor before them, they exist in the moral gray zone, which was driven by survival, loyalty, and ambition rather than justice or redemption. Read on to learn more about it.Note: Parts of this article are subjective and based on the author's views.GTA 6 protagonists are designed to be anti-heroesGTA 6 protagonists - Jason and Lucia (Image via Rockstar Games)The GTA formula thrives on characters who do the wrong things for the right reasons or at least for understandable ones. Jason and Lucia fit that tradition perfectly. They’re criminals, yes, but their crimes likely serve as a means to an end. Rockstar often uses its leads to expose the hypocrisy of society, and these two seem poised to carry that torch. When a failed bank robbery forces them into a state-wide conspiracy, Jason and Lucia aren’t portrayed as masterminds or saints. They’re two flawed people trapped in a corrupt system, trying to survive it together. Their loyalty to each other becomes the emotional core of the story. That setup alone makes them ideal anti-heroes: characters who might steal, fight, or kill, but only to protect each other or escape a system designed to crush them.Jason and Lucia’s story is built around survival, not moralityThe story centers on Jason Duval, a former soldier who worked for local drugrunners in the Leonida Keys, and Lucia Caminos, the series’ first non-optional female lead. Lucia’s path begins behind bars at Leonida Penitentiary after she fights to protect her family back in Liberty City. You can also expect the love angle from the GTA 6 protagonists (Image via Rockstar Games)Both GTA 6 protagonists live in a world shaped by bad choices and worse systems. Jason’s time in the Army, followed by his ties to crime suggests someone shaped by circumstance rather than greed. Lucia’s imprisonment shows the consequences of standing up for her own.Their story isn’t about becoming evil; it’s about what people will do when they’ve run out of good options.Vice City’s underworld gives them space to be complexThe supporting cast in GTA 6 strengthens this idea. Cal Hampton, Jason’s paranoid friend, and Boobie Ike, a Vice City businessman, represent the criminal ecosystem they’re stuck in. Then there’s Dre’Quan Priest, who runs Only Raw Records alongside Boobie, and Raul Bautista, a veteran bank robber who reflects Jason’s own moral decline. These figures surround the GTA 6 protagonists with temptation, corruption, and constant risk. In a world like that, being an anti-hero is the only way to stay alive. And just like in past GTA games, the story uses that chaos to explore power, love, and loyalty under pressure. If this article is to your liking, you can check other GTA content below:Which version of GTA 4 is the best in 2025?Should Rockstar mention Niko in GTA VI?Top 5 fixes from Fusion Fix that rumored GTA 4 remaster on PC could have5 best GTA Online DLCs ever released, ranked
Jeff Teague made some controversial comments about the Atlanta Hawks' current roster on Tuesday's episode of the "Club 520 Podcast". Atlanta has had a terrible start to the 2025-26 NBA season. They have lost three out of their first four matchups and are on a two-game losing streak. Teague started his career with the Hawks and is a big fan of the Atlanta team. On his podcast, he expressed his disappointment in the team and said that the Hawks needed some gritty players on their roster."We gotta get some dark skinned dudes," Teague said.Fullcourtpass @FullcourtpassLINKJeff Teague believes the Hawks need more “dark skinned” players to turn things around “We gotta get some dark skinned dudes… It’s not about being racist, we need somebody with some Grit, anger or something.” (Via @club520podcast, h/t @NBA__Courtside)https://t.co/pF5inPlIDkThe podcast's panel cracked up in laughter as soon as they heard Teague's comment. One of the co-hosts of the former NBA champion jokingly said that Teague was on the first team all-racism."It’s not about being racist, we need somebody with some Grit, anger or something," Teague added.Atlanta does need some strong defenders on the court. They have not suffered more than a 20-point defeat in their last four games, proving that their offense is capable of standing beside the rest of the league. However, they have very few options on the bench when it comes to players who excel in locking down other players, blocking shots, or applying pressure on the ball. The Hawks' front office needs to make some moves before the trade deadline, or expect another lackluster season, where their team fails to make the playoffs."We got a lot of finesse players": Jeff Teague elaborates on Hawks' roster problemsAfter all the laughs and jokes, Jeff Teague laid out his thoughts on the type of players the Hawks need to get to improve their season. He said that the roster was filled with players who had finesse but lacked aggression on the court."I swear to god, we need Isaiah Stewart and we need one wing that jsut like a little more agrresive" Teague said. "We got a lot of finesse players like Porzingis is a finesse player, Zach is a finesse player, Jalen Johnson is a finesse player." (Timestamp: 1:01:48)"We just don't got nobody who's kind of like a grit, grind me. The Cleveland Browns suffered a 32-13 loss against the New England Patriots on Sunday, their third loss in rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel's fourth start of the season. While Browns coach Kevin Stefanski was without backup quarterback Shedeur Sanders for Sunday's game, Cleveland continues to persist with Gabriel as their starter.NFL and Cleveland ESPN host Aaron Goldhammer spoke about the situation surrounding Gabriel and Sanders, criticizing Browns owner Jimmy Haslam's handling of the quarterback situation."There's something going on here that is weird, strange and dysfunctional. Because the answers to the questions and the logic from the moment they drafted him [Sanders] to right now, there are all these incongruities and inconsistencies," Goldhammer said."Why didn't he get more reps and opportunities in training camp when he's the more talented guy and Dillon Gabriel is the less talented guy? It's more than meets the eye, it's Browns dysfunction at its finest."In six appearances this year, Gabriel has completed 59.9% of his passes for 702 yards, averaging 4.9 yards per throw, while his fellow rookie is yet to get an opportunity. Also read: Kevin Stefanski drops cold response on Shedeur Sanders question as calls mount to start Deion Sanders' son over Dillon GabrielBrowns analyst urges Cleveland to try Shedeur Sanders after 2-6 startAfter the Browns traded veteran quarterback Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals, Shedeur Sanders was expected to get some playing time as Dillon Gabriel's backup. However, Browns coach Kevin Stefanski is persisting with the former Oregon Duck. Browns analyst Ken Carman urged the team to give Sanders a chance with the team holding a 2-6 record after eight weeks."There ain’t nothing I’m gonna be able to do this season," Carman said. "I don’t know what’s gonna happen this offseason… You know what? Just, I might as well have a chance to have a little bit of fun."If (Sanders’) back isn’t locked up and he doesn’t need a back-iotomy, just put him out there, for the love of Christ! Just put him out there and let’s see! Give me a good effort for a week and let’s see what he can do.”Despite the outrage among the Browns fanbase, Stefanski seems adamant on Gabriel, with speculations of a trade growing stronger for his fellow rookie.
