We are expanding our JEE and NEET Divisions and are looking for passionate educators who can inspire, guide, and mentor students preparing for competitive exams.Role Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable faculty members for Class 11th & 12th (JEE/NEET streams) who can teach with clarity, creativity, and energy. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality online classes for JEE/NEET aspirants.Design and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the latest syllabus.Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and concept reinforcement classes.Prepare and review academic content, practice sheets, and test materials.Use digital tools effectively to create engaging online learning experiences.Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.Collaborate with academic teams to improve content and teaching strategies.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience (including offline/home tuition experience).Must be comfortable teaching online.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong conceptual understanding of Class 11th & 12th curriculum and competitive exam patterns.Additional Details:Training Period: 3 months (initial training before final onboarding).Type: Full-time Trainee faculty position (post successful training evaluation).Mandatory Requirement:Submission of a 20–30 minute demo video (on any topic from your chosen subject) is mandatory for shortlisting.👉 Applications without a demo video will not be processed further.
