The Spirit Of The PositionThe Supervisor oversees facility operations during off-shift times while creating a positive and professional atmosphere for our customers and employees. This position responds to multiple locations as needed, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that company standards are met at all times.We’re looking for strong leaders who can motivate teams, hold people accountable, and have no problem correcting behavior when employees are not following procedures. Supervisors must be willing to work overtime and are required to perform all positions as needed to ensure operational success.Principal Job DutiesSupervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities. Ensure staff adhere to all policies, rules of conduct, and procedures. Establish and maintain performance standards; recommend and implement improvements. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist with daily reports, audits, and revenue documentation. Support training initiatives and lead by example. Resolve customer and employee issues effectively and professionally. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience (required). Strong customer service experience. Parking industry experience preferred but not required. SkillsExcellent communication and leadership skills. Comfortable giving feedback and correcting employees when necessary. Professional and effective written and verbal communication. Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and teamwork. Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Physical DemandsAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
