Accounts Administrator – Credit & Collections

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator – Credit & Collections to join our growing team on a fixed-term, full-time basis.In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily credit-related tasks, including collections on high-value transactions, reviewing and monitoring credit limits, and preparing regular reporting. You will work closely with clients, branch teams, and management to ensure accounts are well-managed and credit risk is minimised. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, commercial credit experience, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesCollections – Engage directly with clients regarding outstanding payments, often involving high-value transactions, with new debts falling due daily.Managing Credit Limits – Review customer credit limits, prepare submissions for increases, and assist clients in operating within their approved limits.Reporting – Generate and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.About YouPrevious experience in commercial credit, with a solid understanding of debt recovery processes.A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Decisive and able to make informed decisions based on available data.Demonstrates integrity and consistency in actions and communication.Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own performance and identify when to escalate issues to your manager.Flexible and able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of individuals.About EldersElders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
