The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, execution, and growth of the 1P business across Mexico markets. The E-Commerce Manager will own optimize investment strategies, and ensure alignment with regional and global priorities. The E-Commerce Manager will be the primary driver of sell-out performance, brand visibility, retail media strategy, and channel profitability, managing the full ecosystem while influencing internal cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth:Build and maintain a strategic, long-term relationship with Amazon’s and Mercado Libre´s local team in CDMX, focusing on shared growth goals and leveraging market insights, industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysisDrive Amazon and Mercado Libre account performance by continuously optimizing online fundamentals to enhance consumer pull, brand preference, and sales conversionCollaboration & Coordination:Work closely with the Global Teams, local e-commerce managers, and Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets and share insightsCoordinate a holistic approach with the Shark Ninja team, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain, ensuring all resources are aligned with the account’s strategyDemand Generation & Media Planning:Coordinate promotional events in collaboration, to ensure Shark Ninja maintains local prominence and discoverabilityDefine and implement a local retail media strategy, creating a media project roadmap in collaboration with internal media teams and external agency partnersPerformance Monitoring & Analytics:Establish a performance management cadence focusing on sell-out, analyzing metrics such as in-house share, conversion rates, and shopper data to optimize ongoing strategyMeasure the effectiveness of all activations, using data to inform future initiatives and continually refine the approachAlgorithm Optimization:Understand and influence algorithms to enhance searchability, conversion rates, and sales growthImplement effective shelf management strategies, including portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning to drive conversions and increase basket sizeQualifications3-4 years of experience managing Amazon and Mercado Libre or similar e-commerce accounts in a consumer goods environment or under Vendor Model (1P)Strong understanding of algorithms and e-commerce performance driversProficiency in online channel management, including activation, content management, community management, CRM, analytics tools, and web technologyKnowledge of media or social media and performance marketing is a plusSkills & CompetenciesCustomer & Consumer Focus: Deep consumer insights and dedication to understanding customer needsResults-Oriented & Entrepreneurial: Ability to take initiative, with a strong focus on sell-out performance and growthData-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and a commitment to informed decision-makingProblem-Solving & Creativity: A solutions-oriented mindset, capable of finding new approaches to complex challengesCollaboration & Influence: Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholdersDigital Savvy: Proficiency in digital tools and e-commerce optimizationOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
