该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advance 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.Participate in advanced technology project , transfer, and ramp activities to meet yield, drive and prioritize integrated experiments to troubleshoot and optimize process flows.Own particular sections of process flow, and responsible for its optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement goals.Maintain and drive process qualification matrix and deliverable.Working with Process Engineering to improve process stability and capability as well as reduce defects. Qualifications:Possess a MS/PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent majors.Strong understanding of structural and process integration.Proven ability to communicate and present technical material effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
