Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责管P相关机械结构设计、工艺调试、方案优化； 2、负责机械相关的结构仿真、流场仿真、传热仿真； 3、根据项目需求进行方案报告撰写及设计评审； 4、负责研发设备及客户端问题的处理； 5、完成领导安排的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、有管式PECVD或者磷扩、硼扩设备机械设计项目经历； 2、有半导体、光伏设备结构设计者优先； 3、物理气相沉积相关设备设计经验2年以上； 4、熟悉管P设备生产工艺。
