Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、参与公司新产品的开发，提高产品工艺水平并保障产品品质； 2、参与编制公司技术开发计划，提升业务技能； 3、负责执行新产品开发项目工作； 4、协调相关部门为新产品、新封装，选择合适的设备、材料、工具； 5、新设备、新工艺、新材料的评估与认证；编制工艺文件，如工艺流程、FMEA、Control Plan、材料/工艺规范等。 任职要求： 1、硕士，半导体、微电子、集成电路、机械设计、材料等半导体相关专业方向； 2、了解半导体封装研发，产品工程，质量管理等相关知识，熟悉机械制图软件，熟练应用AutoCAD； 3、具有一定的产品研发能力，沟通协调能力，有较强学习能力与自我能力提升，注重效率与结果； 4、有IGBT、SIC、MOS、SKY、SBR等相关项目研究经验者优先。
