Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、围绕楼盘项目，挖掘客群需求，整合热点讯息，提供营销策划方案建议； 2、根据整体营销策划思路、市场状况、客户反馈信息，组织实施策划推广方案并监控效果； 3、协助销售案场进行应该活动的设计、组织、结果评估等工作； 4、进行现有项目创新性方案设计解题。 任职要求： 1、美院背景优先，传媒、市场营销、美术类相关专业优先； 2、动手能力强，具备较好的文字、口头表达能力，优秀的沟通、协调能力； 3、具有创新精神，有较强的广告评鉴能力，逻辑思维能力。
