该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容：1、负责售后市场信息处理，客户端及时响应；2、负责客户IPTV监控，对异常索赔件信息进行收集、分析、改进;3、负责拉动责任部门完成故障件原因分析及对策、断点效果跟踪；4、负责售后质量经验教训总结及分享。职位要求：1、本科及以上学历；机械，车辆工程，测量等相关专业；2、英语CET-6及以上，并具备简单交谈能力;3、善于沟通，有良好的团队协作及协调能力。4、能独立思考，正确分析、总结和处理问题
