The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing import shipment schedules and managing the production progress of assigned overseas garment factories. This role acts as the key liaison between the factories, warehouse, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. full-time5 days onsite DTLAKey Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) reports to ensure on-time shipment of finished garmentsCoordinate the timely submission and approval of PP (Pre-Production) samples and tech fit commentsIssue and manage garment purchase orders; maintain accurate PO dataReview and approve SGS inspection reports for assigned product categoriesMonitor and manage production schedules with import factories to ensure deadlines are metOversee import shipment timelines to ensure consistent inventory flowServe as the primary point of contact for freight forwarding companies and warehouse teams regarding shipment coordinationCommunicate weekly updates on any changes to ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) / ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) with relevant stakeholdersMaintain and update ETD/ETA data in Full Circle system in a timely and accurate mannerGenerate and distribute weekly ETD/ETA reports from Full CircleQualifications:
Prior experience in production coordination or import logistics preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with production tracking systems (e. g. , Full Circle) a plusDetail-oriented and proactive in resolving delays or issues
