The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling through design and the ability to create expressive characters that align with our channel’s theme and audience.Responsibilities:>Design unique 2D or 3D characters based on scripts, concepts, or creative briefs.>Develop multiple character poses, expressions, and turnarounds.>Collaborate with the animation and video editing teams to ensure characters fit seamlessly into motion and storytelling.>Maintain consistent art style and quality across all designs.>Create design assets ready for animation (layered PSD, AI, or vector files).>Revise or refine designs based on feedback.Requirements:>Proven experience as a Character Designer, preferably for YouTube or digital media projects.>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate (for 2D) / Blender or Maya (for 3D).>Strong understanding of anatomy, color theory, and character personality.>Ability to design in various styles (cartoonish, realistic, anime-inspired, etc.).>Attention to detail and strong communication skills.>Portfolio showcasing previous character design work (mandatory).Nice to Have:>Experience in animation or motion graphics.>Understanding of YouTube audience engagement and visual trends.>Ability to design environments or props related to the characters.How to Apply:Please share your portfolio, resume.
