3-PL Warehouse Manager

🔷 Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations ManagementLead daily operations for large-scale distribution centers, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch activities.Manage multi-site warehouse operations across Free Zone and Mainland facilities.Implement best practices for slotting, picking, put-away, replenishment, and resource allocation.Inventory & ComplianceMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.Ensure compliance with QHSE, MOH, GDP, FSSC 22000, and other regulatory frameworks.Oversee proper handling of DG (Hazardous materials), food products, and temperature-controlled inventory.Team Leadership & PerformanceLead and develop warehouse teams, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Inventory Controllers, Customer Service, and ground staff.Create and track KPI dashboards, conduct monthly reviews, and reduce manpower costs through optimized workforce planning.Customer Service & SLA ManagementEnsure consistent achievement of OTIF, DIFOT, and service-level targets for multi-client environments.Provide real-time reporting, issue resolution, and continuous communication with client stakeholders.Systems & TechnologyImplement and manage ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or equivalent).Drive system upgrades, automation tools, barcode/RFID adoption, and digital process enhancements.P&L & Operational EfficiencyOwn the P&L for warehouse operations, ensuring profitability through cost control and process improvements.Develop operational budgets, optimize labor hours, and reduce operational overheads.Identify opportunities to enhance space utilization and improve warehouse throughput.🔷 MUST-HAVE Skills (Critical Skills & Experience)Experience✔ Minimum 10–14+ years experience in Warehouse / 3PL / Contract Logistics ✔ Must have handled large warehouse facilities (30,000+ sqm) ✔ Must have managed multi-site warehouse operations ✔ Experience managing 50+ warehouse staff ✔ Proven track record in high-volume inbound/outbound operationsTechnical Skills✔ Strong expertise in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar) ✔ Hands-on experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and audits ✔ Strong understanding of QHSE / MOH / GDP compliance standards ✔ Familiarity with hazardous goods handling and warehouse safety ✔ Must be proficient in KPIs, dashboards, and operational reportingLeadership & Performance Skills✔ Proven experience in P&L ownership and cost optimization ✔ Ability to develop and lead high-performance teams ✔ Strong customer-facing experience with SLA management ✔ Expertise in warehouse process improvement & lean methodologies
