As a Talent Solutions Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting businesses with the right talent and helping clients achieve their hiring goals through our headhunting and talent solutions services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential client companies to understand their hiring needs.Recommend Bossjobs headhunting and talent solutions services to new and existing clients.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing candidates.Build and maintain a strong local talent pool across key industries such as BPO, Tech, and Sales.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client delivery and successful placements.Contribute to refining recruitment processes and SOPs as the business scales.What We Expect From YouMinimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or executive search.Background in client communication, account handling, or candidate management.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Sprout) is an advantage.Knowledge of local hiring platforms such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, and Bossjob is preferred.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setup.Experience in BPO, Tech, or Sales recruitment is a plus.Experience working in a startup environment or fast-growing company.What You Can Expect From UsA fast-growing startup company.A diverse team across the Philippines, Singapore, China, and expanding globally.Opportunity to make an impact in the technology industry focused on talent acquisition.Pay: Base Salary up to 50,000.00 per monthCommission: 510% of client billing per successful hireWork Arrangement: Onsite BGC, Taguig | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PMPerks And Benefits31 Annual Paid LeavesAnnual Salary ReviewMacBook Work LaptopMonthly Employee Engagement Activities
